Please note that the exchange, return, and refund policies outlined below are applicable exclusively to purchases made through our official website www.ppl4.org. These policies do not apply to products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, feel free to contact us at 7310961717 or via email at care@ppl4.org within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange, return, or refund request.

Replacement of products may be considered under the following scenarios:
1. In-transit damage reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
2. Delivery of a product with shelf life remaining less than 50% reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Quality-related concerns, subject to verification by our internal quality control team after a thorough assessment of the reported issue and product evaluation.
Please note that the product in question must be returned for replacement. Replacement will not be permitted without the return of the product.

Products are delivered on a NON-RETURNABLE BASIS. Return is allowed only in the case of the delivery of incorrect, expiry dated or damaged products.

Refund of the delivered product is permitted in cases of a quality issue or order cancellation by the Company. Refunds can be processed via E-Vouchers/Gift Card or transfer into the customer’s bank account.
• Refunds via E-Voucher can be redeemed on the next purchase at PPL4.org within the validity date.
• Refunds to bank accounts will be processed within 7-8 business days (subject to clearance in quality check).
• Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
• Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
Please note that refunds will only be initiated after we physically receive the returned shipment. Refunds will not be applicable if a customer self-ships the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

PPL4 Organic is endorsed by a group of retired personnel from "Defense background" and is actively supporting various Farmers Producer Organizers located across different states in India, spanning from the valleys of the Himalayas to God’s Own Country. These organizations focus on producing food products such as sweeteners (Jaggery, Jaggery Powder, Raw Sugar (Khand), Brown Sugar (Bura), Molasses, Liquid Jaggery, vinegar) and Honey from Jivamrit FPO Sherpur, Roorkee, as well as Organic Spices from Kerala Agricultural Development Society (KADS) Thodupuzha, Rajasthan Organic Farmers Producers Companies  and Organic farming Company named as Korakunda Tea estate. These entities are primarily dedicated to cultivating organic and natural foods, engaging in the field production of crops, processing, product development, and marketing of organic products since the early 1922 to 2010s.
