Return & Refund Policy
We appreciate the interest shown by you in our products. We are sure that our products would be in sync with your requirement and expectations. To ensure this, our delivery happens only after all necessary approvals for the sample and product quality checks. However, in case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Payments
Online Payment at PPL4 Organic is facilitated by Third Party and hence PPL4 Organic cannot be held responsible for any errors. In case of any such issues, you would need to connect with your respective banks only.
In case of payment failure being displayed despite payment debit, then the payment would be auto-reversed within 7 working days.
Returns
In case of any defect, you can return the products within 3 calendar days from the date when you received it.
To be eligible for return it is mandatory that:
Product should be unused
Product must be in the original packing
Product should be in exact same condition as delivered
You should be able to furnish the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
1. Price mentioned in the web site will not fluctuate on daily basis.
2. PPL 4 Organic is not liable for any loss or damages during shipping. Kindly contact the shipping company for any claim during transportation unless shipped by us.
3. Please keep all packing materials, in original, before filling up a claim.
4. In case you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will check and examine the issue and will replace the product at the earliest. Proof of bill and original packaging materials must be provided at the time of exchange/return.
5. In case the package is damaged or contaminated before delivery to the customer/buyer, please share the Unboxing video with PPL4 Organic.
6. PPL 4 Organic team will review the issues and if found genuine, we will take necessary steps to solve buyers concern.
7. In case of products returns, refund paid through CC, net Banking or e-wallet, money will be reverted to the card/Bank and will take a minimum 10-15 working days to reflect the statement.
8. Used products will not Exchange/Return.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation request of a Purchase Order will accept if the item is not been shipped by us.
2. If you request for cancellation is approved, entire amount will be refunded to you with in two - four working days.
3. PPL4 Organic reserves the right to refuse/cancel to accept any order placed due to non availability of stock, problems identified with errors in pricing, information, address, personal and financial details furnished by the buyer.
Shipping
1. PPL4 Organic may collect the following data/information f the buyer, as a part of Registration process for billing and shipping.
- (a) First and Last Name
- (b) Alt email id
- (c) Mobile/Phone number
- (d) Contact details
- (d) Postal Code (Pin Code)
- (e) Demographic Profile [incl:- Gender, Age, Education, Occupation, alternative Addresses etc]
- (f) Information about pages on the site you visit/access, the links you search in the web site page, the frequency you access and any similar information.
2. Generally orders are processed within a period of 3-4 Business days.
3. In case of high volume of orders, Shipment may delayed for a week. In such case, we, PPL4 Organic, will contact you via e-mail you furnished or mobile numbers mentioned in the Purchase Order.
