Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products. We strive to ensure that our products meet your requirements and expectations. To achieve this, deliveries are made only after necessary approvals for sample and product quality checks. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.


Payments

Online payments at PPL4 Organic are facilitated by third-party service providers, and PPL4 Organic cannot be held responsible for any errors or issues. For such concerns, please contact your respective bank directly.

In case of payment failure despite the amount being debited, the payment will be automatically reversed within 7 working days.


Returns

Products can be returned within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt in case of any defect.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused.

The product must be in its original packaging.

The product must be in the exact condition as delivered.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Prices listed on the website are stable and do not fluctuate daily.

PPL4 Organic is not liable for any loss or damages during shipping. Please contact the shipping company directly for claims related to transportation unless the shipping was arranged by us.

Keep all original packing materials intact before filing a claim.

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. Upon verification, we will replace the product at the earliest. Proof of purchase and original packaging materials must be provided for exchanges or returns.

If the package is damaged or contaminated before delivery, please share an unboxing video with us for verification.

The PPL4 Organic team will review genuine issues and take necessary steps to address your concerns.

For returned products, refunds for payments made via credit card, net banking, or e-wallets will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 10–15 working days to reflect in your account.

Used products are not eligible for exchange or return.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the item has not been shipped.

If the cancellation request is approved, the full amount will be refunded within 2–4 working days.

PPL4 Organic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to non-availability of stock, pricing errors, or issues with the information provided by the buyer.

  • (g) Orders are generally processed within 3–4 business days.

In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by up to a week. If delays occur, we will notify you via the email or mobile number provided in the purchase order.
